How To Align and Aim LED Bulbs For the Brightest Light Output | Headlight Revolution

When your new LED bulbs aren’t aimed properly a couple things happen:
#1: You have a weird beam pattern that makes it hard for you to drive your car.
#2: You’re missing out on the maximum brightness because they’re out of focus.

This is why it’s so important to make sure your new LED bulbs are aligned correctly inside your Housings! In this video, John goes through some alignment steps and examples on how to do it yourself. Most of the time the LED chips on your bulb should be pointed horizontally, left-to-right, or at “9 and 3”. It is possible that your bulb may need to be aligned a little differently, depending on the application, but most of the time this rule of thumb holds true. If you have them installed this way and you still think you could use more brightness, pull up to your garage door and experiment with some slightly shifted alignment attempts.
