  1. You guys always send me the wrong parts. yall suck no customer service. If you send the wrong parts on a vehicle you should pay return shipping. 🀑🀑

  2. Here it is from a 10+ year vet of rockauto. they suck. you have a 30% chance of getting the right part and if it’s wrong guess what your paying to send it back. The return process is very easy though. I have brought all of my cars to a dealer just to make sure that the information I’m putting in is correct and it is. there is NOBODY to talk to about anything. there is help but it is in the form of documentation and that’s even wrong sometimes. i have lost so much money in returns the last 10 years. i will also say that i have had the same 3 cars during this time so it’s not like i was switching it up or anything. bottom line is i’m tired of getting scammed out of money. They sell cheap parts but what good is a cheap part that’s wrong and you pay twice for. I have defended them and even advertised for them to try to keep them around. Today is the day they will no longer get another dime out of me.

  3. I hope this company NEVER changes. Their website is no frills, all business, all the information we need. I couldn’t be happier visiting their site in a world where everything has to be “pretty” and bloated. The day they change that website is the day I decide to quit my hobby.

    Been using Rock Auto since 2016 and have only ever received ONE order incorrectly and it was misboxed by the manufacture so not even their fault. Returns have only ever been needed due to the core charges on steering racks. Absolutely hassle free.
