You really ought to warn people that the cover only folds when the rack is on the upper setting. They could have easily solved this by adding several more setting heights. Worth calling out for sure. I had to drill holes one inch above the lowest holes so that the cover would clear. The settings above are so high that the cross rails are above the cab and a danger for many city garages.
